Please note: This process excludes food vendors. It is only for merchandise traders.
The Auckland Folk Festival Inc. can accommodate a limited number of traders at the Festival and interested parties should fill in the application form and read the terms and conditions for traders.
Applications must be in by December 18th 2021 for the 2022 Festival.
All applicants will be notified after consideration by the Committee.
The festival will comply with the government guidelines regarding Covid-19 and vendors will have to also comply. Everyone entering the site will need to show a valid Covid-19 vaccine certificate. If the festival is cancelled due tickets will be refunded.
Successful Traders must check in at the gate. There is no charge at this stage but a weekend ticket must be purchased for each attendee, these can be pre-booked at a discount on line or at the gate before proceeding to the set up area which is marked on the Site Map.
Traders should set up on Friday Morning to ensure smooth running of the Festival and sites are on a first come basis.
Site must be cleared by 2pm Monday.
Site Gates open 9.00am Friday.
