Vendor Applications

Please note: This process excludes food vendors. It is only for merchandise traders.

The Auckland Folk Festival Inc. can accommodate a limited number of traders at the Festival and interested parties should fill in the application form and read the terms and conditions for traders.

Applications must be in by November 30th 2011 for the 2012 Festival.

All applicants will be notified after consideration by the Committee.

Successful Traders must check in at the gate. There is no charge at this stage but a weekend ticket must be purchased for each attendee, these can be pre-booked at a discount on line or at the gate before proceeding to the set up area which is marked on the site map (click here to view the site map).

Traders should set up on Friday Morning to ensure smooth running of the Festival and sites are on a first come basis.

Site must be cleared by 2pm Monday.

Site Gates open 9.00am Friday, January 27th 2012.
